Here's the size specification of the Medium Lobster Paw Costume - Back 12"-16", Neck 16"-19", Chest 19"-24". Usually a medium fits a Beagle, Bichon Frise, Cocker Spaniel, Corgi, Scottish Terrier, Shis Tzu, West Highland Terrier, Whippet.
